• Listed entities/intermediaries/fiduciaries are required to report CoC violations mandatorily through the XBRL utility available on the Listing Centre.
• The XBRL utility can be accessed and submissions made via the Listing Compliance Module under the specified XBRL paths.
• Reporting shall be done strictly in XBRL format only; submission of PDF files will not be accepted.
• The existing filing path for reporting CoC violations under earlier circulars has been discontinued.
• Submissions made through any mode other than the Listing Centre shall be considered invalid.
• Disclosures related to CoC violations will not be disseminated on the Exchange website.
• Unlisted entities acting as intermediaries or fiduciaries shall continue to submit disclosures via email as per earlier prescribed mechanism.
• All listed entities/intermediaries/fiduciaries are advised to ensure compliance with the revised reporting framework.
