The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 30, 2026, issued a circular regarding inviting suggestions for the identification of 75 specific and impactful Golden Goals during the 75th year of the establishment of ESIC.
The following has been stated:-
•The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), established under the ESI Act, 1948, has invited suggestions to identify 75 impactful “Golden Goals” as it enters its 75th year, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat.
•Inputs are sought from all ESIC offices, institutions, and stakeholders, each required to propose at least 10 practical, measurable, and outcome-oriented goals.
•Suggested areas include service delivery, infrastructure, digitization, beneficiary satisfaction, administrative efficiency, HR development, transparency, and innovation.
•Each proposal should clearly define expected outcomes and implementation mechanisms, with emphasis on measurable impact.
•Suggestions must be submitted via email within 7 days for consolidation and final approval from May 05, 2026.
