Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange International Exchange (NSE IX) on May 05, 2026, notified regarding the Mock trading on Saturday, May 09, 2026.

The following has been stated:

• The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading (contingency drill) session on May 09, 2026, to test system readiness, connectivity, and disaster recovery mechanisms. The session will be conducted in two phases for most segments, including Index derivatives, stock derivatives, currency derivatives, and depository receipts, with trading broadly running from late morning to market close, while certain segments like equity and Bharat Bond futures will have a single session with pre-open and pre-close phases. 

• Separate timings are prescribed for each segment, and Negotiated Large Trades (NLT) will be allowed only during normal market hours. A live re-login window from 18:00 to 18:30 hrs is provided for members to test connectivity to the live environment. Importantly, trades executed during this session will not result in any financial obligations, and members are advised not to transfer any data files. 

• Participation in the mock session is mandatory for members using approved algorithmic trading software, and all members are encouraged to actively participate using all trading systems to avoid issues on the next trading day (May 11, 2026).
