The following has been stated:

• The Government mandates that all teachers in the state must undergo a minimum of 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training annually. The objective is to enhance teaching quality, pedagogical skills, and student learning outcomes. 

• The training will be organized through institutions such as SCERT, DIET, and other academic bodies, and may include both online and offline modules, subject-specific programs, and skill development initiatives.
