Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 06, 2026, notified regarding the Transaction Charges for BSE FOCUSED IT Index Futures & Options Contracts.

The exchange has announced that it will waive transaction charges on trades executed in Futures and Options (F&O) contracts on the BSE Focused IT Index (FOCIT), effective from May 11, 2026, until further notice. This follows the earlier introduction of these contracts via Notice No. 20260415-34 dated April 15, 2026.

Trading Members can benefit from zero transaction costs for trading in these index derivatives, which is expected to encourage participation and liquidity in the newly introduced segment. Members may contact their designated Relationship Managers for any further clarifications.
