Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 04, 2026, issued a circular regarding the filing of disclosures in XBRL format under Regulation 7(2) and Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The following has been stated:-

•NSE has discontinued the earlier NEAPS filing path for disclosures under Regulation 7(2) and 7(3) of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.

•All listed companies, REITs, and InvITs must now file these disclosures only in XBRL format through the new utility available on NEAPS.

•The XBRL utility can be downloaded from “Compliance → Download XBRL Utilities,” and filings can be submitted via “Compliance → Common XBRL Upload → Prohibition of Insider Trading.”

•Previously filed disclosures will remain accessible in the insider trading archive, and the utility will also support API-based Single Filing integration.
