The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on May 07, 2026, issued a circular regarding the reference guide for the Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API.
The following has been stated:-
•The circular advises members to use ETI API execution messages to track and instantly update order and trade status.
•Order Response (10101/10102), Immediate Execution Response (10103), and Book Order Execution (10104) helps monitor order lifecycle, instant fills, and executions of resting orders.
•Extended Order Information (10117) provides details on retransmissions, restatements, and unsolicited order events, while Trade Notification (10500) acts as the final trade confirmation.
•Members should regularly reconcile internal records with all execution reports to ensure complete synchronization with exchange order statuses.
