The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on May 6, 2026, informed Depository Participants (DPs) that the Annual Bill for the financial year 2026-27 has been uploaded to the respective Billing Folders in the CDSL system. The billing files include annual maintenance and related charges applicable to DPs.
The uploaded file titled “BLNG<DPID>_Bill_AnnualBill_2627.zip” contains charges towards Account Maintenance Charges (AMC) for corporate accounts at ₹500 per annum, Easi (CIC) charges, SEBI Annual Fees of ₹1,000 wherever applicable, insurance premium charges, software maintenance fees for Main and Branch DPs, and leased line charges. Separate AMC details for corporate accounts have also been provided through the “BLNG<DPID>-AnnualAMC2627.zip” file.
CDSL has advised all Depository Participants to download the billing files and ensure payment of dues by May 25, 2026. Delayed payments will attract interest at the rate of 13% per annum.
