The Department of Industries and Commerce, Govt. of Rajasthan on April 22, 2026, issued the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• The Policy aims to accelerate industrial growth in the state by promoting the development of modern, sustainable, and well-equipped industrial parks. It seeks to create a strong investment ecosystem by offering world-class infrastructure, encouraging industrial diversification, and ensuring ease of doing business through single-window clearances and time-bound approvals.
• The policy applies to industrial parks developed through public, private, or PPP models (Models A to D), with a minimum requirement of 50 acres and at least 10 units. Developers are required to provide essential infrastructure such as roads, water, power, and public amenities.
• To attract investment, the policy offers significant incentives, including capital subsidy (up to ₹40 crore), green incentives for environmental infrastructure, tax benefits, and exemptions on stamp duty and electricity duty.
• The government also supports external infrastructure like road connectivity and utilities. Incentives are disbursed in phases based on project progress and occupancy levels.
• The policy is valid for five years and includes strict compliance provisions, with penalties for misuse of benefits, while also allowing flexibility for amendments by the state government.
