Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Arunachal Pradesh on February 04, 2026, issued the notification regarding the extension of the time limit for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Government has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for taxpayers under Section 39 of the GST Act. 

• For monthly filers, the GSTR-3B return for September 2025 can now be filed up to October 25, 2025. 

• For quarterly filers, the GSTR-3B return for the quarter July–September 2025 can also be filed up to October 25, 2025.
