Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange International Exchange (NSE IX) on May 19, 2026, issued a circular regarding Mock Trading (Contingency) on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in the Trading Department.

The following has been stated:-

•NSE IFSC Ltd. will conduct a contingency mock trading session on Saturday, May 23, 2026, to test trading infrastructure, recovery systems, and response mechanisms.

•The mock session will cover multiple segments, including Index Futures, Index Options, Currency Derivatives, Equity, Bharat Bond Index, Depository Receipts, and NSEIFSC Receipts across two trading sessions.

•Members, broker-dealers, and remote trading participants have been advised to actively participate and re-login into the live environment between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM to ensure connectivity readiness.

•The Exchange clarified that trades executed during the mock session will not create any fund pay-in or pay-out obligations.

•NSE IX also informed participants that co-location contingency testing may temporarily cause port disconnections, session logouts, and multicast disruptions during the exercise.

•Any changes made on the Exchange CEL portal during the mock session or Exchange holidays will automatically carry forward to the live environment from the next trading day.
