The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), on May 19, 2026, issued a circular extending the last date for students to apply for scanned copies of evaluated answer books for the Class XII Board Examinations 2026 due to technical issues encountered on the CBSE post-verification portal.
Under the revised schedule, the deadline for obtaining scanned copies of evaluated answer books has been extended from May 22, 2026 to May 23, 2026. The extension has been granted to ensure that students receive adequate time to avail the post-verification facility following the technical disruption on the website.
CBSE has advised all eligible candidates to utilise the extended timeline and submit their applications accordingly. The Board has clarified that all other terms and conditions governing the facility for obtaining scanned copies of answer books shall remain unchanged.
