Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Manipur on May 21, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Change of date of holiday on account of Id-UI-Zuha (Bakrid) for 2026.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Government of Manipur had earlier declared May 27, 2026 (Wednesday) as a holiday for Id-Ul-Zuha (Bakrid). 

• It has now been decided to revise the holiday based on the festival observance schedule in Manipur. 

• Accordingly, the Bakrid holiday has been shifted from May 27, 2026 to May 28, 2026 (Thursday) for the Government of Manipur.
