The National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) on May 26, 2026, notified regarding the SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime on May 28-29, 2026.
The e-Stamping system operated by Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) will be under scheduled maintenance, during which services will be unavailable from May 28, 2026, (8:30 PM) to May 29, 2026, (1:00 AM) for SHCIL-enabled states.
Users have been advised to plan their Digital Document Execution (DDE) transactions accordingly. However, DDE services under GRAS will remain operational in states including Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal during this period.
