The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), on June 03, 2026, has notified the format for filing claims under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017.
The following has been stated:
It has notified the prescribed format for filing claims, which has been enclosed as an annexure to the circular. The circular is addressed to registered Insolvency Professionals, recognised Insolvency Professional Entities, and registered Insolvency Professional Agencies.
