Industry Specific Compliance The Co-operation Department, Govt. of Kerala in June 22, 2026, issued the amendment to the Co-operative Societies (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024.

The following has been amended, namely:

• In sub-rule (19), for "fourty" wherever it occurs, shall be read as "forty".

• In clause (b) of sub-rule (23), for "details such" wherever it occurs, shall be read as "details such as".

• In sub-rule (33), for "placed" wherever it occurs, shall be read as "pledged".
