The following has been stated:

• IRDAI, through its circular, has extended the transitional arrangements for payment of annual fee and issuance of Certificate of Registration for intermediaries, surveyors, and loss assessors beyond the earlier deadline of June 30, 2026. These arrangements were originally issued under circulars dated March 16, 2026, and April 07, 2026, in view of pending amendments to the Insurance Regulations under the Insurance Act, 1938 (as amended by the Sabka Bima Sabki Raksha Amendment Act, 2025).
