The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) on July 07, 2026, issued circular regarding the Launch of Online Module for Submission of Combined Licence Applications for Automotive Fuels Dispensing Stations under the Petroleum Rules, 2002, Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016, and SMPV (U) Rules, 2016.
PESO introduced an online module for submission of applications for Combined Licence for Automotive Fuels Dispensing Stations under the Petroleum Rules, 2002, Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016, and SMPV (U) Rules, 2016. This initiative aims to streamline and digitize the licensing process.
Stakeholders are advised to submit their applications along with the required documents through this newly developed paperless online system. Additionally, detailed operational guidelines have been provided to assist users in filing applications through the module efficiently.
