The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on July 23, 2026, issued a notification regarding deployment of the Samadhan Setu Web Application and Discontinuation of the Issue Tracker Portal.
The following has been stated: -
•EPFO has deployed the Samadhan Setu Portal over the MPLS network for reporting technical issues related to IS Division applications, replacing the existing Issue Tracker Portal.
•Field offices must use the portal to report approved technical issues, with automatic team assignment and complete supporting documents for faster resolution.
•Offices should avoid raising duplicate issues, process-related queries, or policy matters, and instead refer to relevant manuals and Head Office instructions.
•Issues that are resolved, infructuous, or no longer require action must be marked as closed to ensure efficient issue management.
