The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on August 05, 2026, notified regarding the Revision in Cancellation Charges on Authorised Person (AP), Refund for AP re-activated in FY 2026-27, and invoicing of AP Annual Subscription charges for Financial Year (FY) 2026-27.
MCX has revised the Authorised Person (AP) cancellation fee from ₹2,000 to ₹750 per AP (plus applicable taxes). The Exchange has also extended the cut-off date for determining FY 2026–27 AP Annual Subscription Charges from September 30, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with charges to be based on the number of registered APs as on the revised date. Additionally, as a one-time relief measure, members who re-register an AP under the same membership during FY 2026–27 after cancellation will be eligible for a refund of the AP cancellation charges, to be processed after the close of FY 2026–27.
