The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA) on July 08, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS2026).
The following has been stated: -
•The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) to provide companies additional time to complete pending statutory filings.
•The Scheme, earlier valid up to July 15, 2026, has been extended due to data centre capacity enhancement/restoration activities following the June 05, 2026 fire incident.
•The revised validity of CCFS-2026 is now up to August 31, 2026.
