The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 07, 2026, notified regarding the mock trading session for the Electronic Gold Receipts segment on August 08, 2026.
The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for the Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR) segment on August 08, 2026, to allow trading members using third-party trading platforms of empaneled vendors or in-house developed systems through ETI APIs to test their trading applications and various functionalities, including exceptional market conditions such as risk reduction mode and trading halt. No new BOLT TWS Release will be provided for the session.
The mock trading session schedule is as follows: Log-in: 09:15 AM to 10:00 AM; Pre-Open Order Entry Period: 10:00 AM to 10:08 AM; Matching Period: 10:08 AM to 10:15 AM; Continuous Trading: 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM; Block Deal Window: 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM; Closing Session: 12:00 PM to 12:10 PM; and Post-Closing Session: 12:10 PM to 12:20 PM. Market participants are advised that the mock trading session is conducted only for testing and familiarization purposes. Trades executed during the session will not attract any margin obligations, pay-in or pay-out obligations, and will not create any rights or liabilities. Participants are encouraged to actively participate to validate their systems and operational preparedness.
