The Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) on August 10, 2026, notified regarding the Migration of its Official Website.
It has launched its revamped official website at https://iwai.gov.in. The earlier website, https://iwai.nic.in, will be discontinued and disabled with effect from August 15, 2026. All Head Office, Regional Offices, Sub-Offices and Liaison Offices are directed to replace the old website address with the new iwai.gov.in domain in official correspondence, letterheads, notices, publications, signboards, social media, media releases and other official materials. They are also required to update their records and widely circulate the Public Notice among stakeholders to ensure awareness and compliance.
