Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 10, 2026, notified regarding the Financial Disincentive (Charges) for not uploading the TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS Location information for July 2026.

The exchange has advised Trading Members to ensure that all TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminals and their locations are correctly registered with the Exchange before placing orders. Orders punched from unregistered or incorrectly registered terminal locations attract a financial disincentive of ₹1,000 per instance under Exchange Notice dated April 17, 2026.

The Exchange has made available the July 2026 Financial Disincentive file (LCS0726.xxxx) in the Equity Transaction Folder on Extranet, containing details of such location mismatches. The indicated amount will be debited to the Member’s General Charges Account after completion of 60 days from the date of the notice. Members seeking waiver or review of the financial disincentive shall follow the procedure specified in Exchange Notice dated October 08, 2025, including applicable processing requirements.

Members seeking waiver/review shall email the Exchange at [email protected] with the subject line “Waiver/review of Financial Disincentive___LOCATION MISMATCH-JULY-2026”. Trading Members are advised to ensure strict compliance and upload the correct TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminal-location details to the Exchange before punching orders from the concerned location.
