Secretarial ComplianceThe Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) on August 14, 2026, issued a notification regarding a facility for the generation and Delivery of Security Interest-related MIS Reports.

The following has been stated: -

•CERSAI has introduced an email-based facility for MIS Reports relating to Security Interest Charge Registration/Satisfaction to address processing delays and system time-outs.

•Registered Entities can request reports for a maximum one-month period through the Email PDF/Email XLS option, with delivery to the registered email address generally within one hour. 

•A maximum of 12 email-based MIS Report requests per Entity per day is permitted. The existing download facility for one-month reports will continue without any daily limit. 

•For reports covering longer periods, Entities may download reports month-wise and consolidate them for internal requirements.
