EHS Compliance The Government of Delhi, on August 11, 2026, issued the Delhi Fire Service (Amendment) Bill, 2026, to further amend the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2007.

The following has been stated:

In the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), in section 2, in clause (i), for the words “building bye-laws/National Building Code of India”, the words “building bye-laws” have been substituted.
