Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on August 13, 2026, issued notification on amendment substituting "Form VAT-72" with "FORM VAT-EXM-01".

Summary: In exercise of powers under Section 9(2) read with Section 51 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2025, the State Government has amended its earlier notification No. F.12(26)FD/Tax/2024-80 dated 10.07.2024. The amendment substitutes the expression "Form VAT-72" with "FORM VAT-EXM-01" wherever it occurs in the said notification.

This amendment takes effect from August 15, 2026.
