The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 21, 2026, issued the amendment to the older notification no. 47/2021-Customs (ADD), dated August 26, 2021, regarding anti-dumping duty on imports of Natural Mica based Pearl Industrial Pigments excluding cosmetic grade originating in or exported from China PR for a period of five years.
The amendment extends the validity period of the anti-dumping duty prescribed under the notification by replacing “25th November, 2026” with “25th February, 2027”. Accordingly, the applicable anti-dumping duty will continue to remain in force until February 25, 2027.
