Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on January 10, 2020, extends the one-time amnesty scheme to file all FORM GSTR-1 from July 2017 to November, 2019 till January 17, 2020.

For extension, CBIC amends the Notification No. 4/2018– Central Tax, dated January 23, 2018, namely:

In the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word “January 10, 2020”, the figures, letters and word “January 17, 2020” has been substituted.
