Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The State Government of Meghalaya on January 17, 2020, has revised the minimum rates of wages payable to the employees working under 29 Schedule Employments with effect from October 01, 2019.

Category	Minimum wage + VDA per day with effect from October 01, 2019
Unskilled	Rs. 300 + Rs 24 = 324/-
Semi-skilled	Rs. 340 + Rs. 28 = 368/-
Skilled	Rs. 380 + 31 = 411/-
Highly-skilled	Rs. 420 + Rs. 34 = 454/-
