class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Telangana Labor Department on January 29, 2020, has decided to accept the filing of annual returns related to the Factories Department is extended up to April 30, 2020 and the coverage period of the returns will be the financial year 2019-2020.
However, the management of Factories requesting clarification regarding due date for filing of annual returns through online pertaining to the Factories Department as the date for filing of annual returns under Rule 100 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950 is January 30, 2020 and other Labour legislation is April 30, 2020.
Therefore, Telangana Labour Department decided to extends the filing of annual return up to April 30, 2020.
