MCA extends the date of filing of NFRA-2

Secretarial Complianceclass="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 05, 2020, extends the last date of filing of FORM NFRA-2 to be filed under the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018. MCA has decided that the time limit for filing of Form NFRA-2, for the reporting period Financial Year 2018-2019, will be 150 days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of the NFRA.
