Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The State Government of Rajasthan on April 01, 2020, exempts hotels and restaurant bars, having a licence to work for units and such unit are not in working for last 3 or more years are given 75% exemption from renewal fee and are given 100% exemption for interest on fee dues, vend fee and penalty, for the period of such not in working since their last payment of fees prescribed under 72- A of Rajasthan Excise Rules, 1956, which specifies the procedure for application for licence.
