Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Government of Chandigarh directs the employers of private or industries or shops to treat employees on duty.

Therefore, it is directed to employers that the employees of private establishments or industries or factories or shops etc., (including temporary or casual or contractual or outsourced or daily wage workers) who are required to stay at home in view of the orders of Chandigarh Administration will be treated as ‘on duty’ and be paid in full.
