class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on April 30, 2020, has decided to extend the time limit of filing of Form NFRA-2 to be filed under the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018. The Form NFRA-2 is an annual return to be filed by auditor with the National FinanciaI Reporting Authority. MCA has decided that the time limit for filing of Form NFRA-2 for the Financial year 2018-19 is extended till 210 days from the deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).
