Labour Compliance The Madhya Pradesh Labour Department on May 05, 2020, directs that no shop or commercial establishment situated in the local areas where the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 is enforced, shall on any days:

(a) Be opened earlier than 06.00 A.M; and

(b) Be kept open later than 12.00 A.M.

This Order will come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
