Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The State Government of Uttar Pradesh on May 15, 2020, has decided to cancel the exemption granted to all the factories registered vide Notification No. 13/2020/502/XXXVI03-2020-30 (Sa.)/2020TC, dated May 08, 2020 under the Factories Act, 1948 relating to weekly hours, daily hours, overtime, intervals for rest etc. of adult workers from April 20, till July 19, 2020.
