class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Coal on May 29, 2020 has issued an Office Memorandum regarding non-refundable application fee for approval of the mining plan or any other modification in the mining plan. It is hereby notified to all the existing coal and lignite block allocates about the Non-refundable application fee for approval of mining plan submitted for approval under Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation Act 1957) read with Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 to be accompanied by an application fee is Rs. 25,000/- in the Account 08030080000000. The deposit is to be made through Bharatkosh portal.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
