class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Coal on May 29, 2020 has issued a notification stating that till the expiry of the Mineral Concession (Amendment) Rules, 2020 or for a period of 9 months, from the publish date of the notification, the mining plan approval for coal and lignite and sand mines shall be carried out by the Project Advisor, Ministry of Coal or the Coal Controller, Kolkata.
In case any person has any objections for the rules made, the person shall raise their concerns to the Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Coal, so that the revision of the order can take place.
