EHS Complianceclass="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Assam Pollution Control Board (Assam PCB) on June 09, 2020 has directed all industries, entrepreneurs in the State to submit online applications for obtaining consent to operate and consent to establish from the Board as required under various environmental laws. The registration under E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016 and Plastic waste Management Rules, 2016 at the old portal is closed.
