Commercial Complianceclass="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on April 17 2020 has issued an order to permit the manufacturer to utilize the existing packaging material or wrapper up to September 30, 2020 or till such date the packaging material or wrapper is exhausted, whichever is earlier by declaring the correct month and year of manufacturing by way of stamping or online printing as the case may be under the Legal Metrology (Packaged commodities) Rules, 2011.
