The Pollution Control Board of Sikkim has decided to extend the validity period of consent to establish and consent to operate for all industrial units for a period of 90 days from March 31, 2020. The industrial units shall apply for online consent via Online Consent Monitoring and Management System (OCMMS) portal during the period of lockdown. This notice will be void after June 30, 2020 or from the date of lifting of lockdown whichever earlier.
