Labour Complianceclass="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Haryana Director General of Mines and Geology on June 22, 2020 issues detailed general instructions to deal with seizure or release of vehicles or equipments in case of illegal mining. The State Government has reviewed issues related to transportation of mined and processed minerals and following decisions have been taken to resolve the same. The vehicles cannot run without the validity of e-rawanna bill. However, sometimes the bill sometimes may get expire due to minor delay. For minor delay in transportation a grace period of one 10 minutes per hour for journey would be permitted and e-rawanna bill will be valid till then.

All vehicles seized for illegal mining would be penalized. The lower court cannot grant release of the seized vehicles unless payment of fine as prescribed by NGT is made. However, an appeal can also be filed and if the appeal goes in favour of the owner, extra amount would be refunded.
