The Education Department, Gujarat on March 20, 2025, issued the Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Procedure for Declaration of Centre of Excellence) Third Amendment Rules, 2025, to further amend the Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Procedure for Declaration of Centre of Excellence) rules, 2020.
The following has been amended namely: -
• In Appendix I, in Form C, for the words, brackets and figure, “initially for (3 years) a period of three academic years.”, the words “for the period of six academic years.” shall be substituted.
• The notification dated March 18, 2025 published in the Official Gazette Extra No. 115 shall be treated as cancelled.
This shall come into force on March 20, 2025.
